Eastant delivered comprehensive event management services for the Grand Opening Ceremony and Open House of Piovan Group’s Suzhou headquarters.

From initial planning to on-site execution, Eastant carefully managed every aspect of the event, including venue layout and concept, setup, forum agenda development, factory tour coordination, and media communications. The two-day event featured six specialized technical seminars, bringing together industry professionals and key stakeholders. The grand ribbon-cutting ceremony marked a significant milestone, remarking and enforcing Piovan Group’s journey in the Asia-Pacific region. A traditional lion dance performance added a festive and celebratory atmosphere, enhancing the cultural significance of the occasion. Italian Institutions such as Italian Consul General Ms. Tiziana D’Angelo, ITA Italian Trade Agency, CICC China Italy Chamber of Commerce attended the event with Representatives from SIP, Suzhou Industrial Park.
