IDI 2024

The 9th edition of Italian Design Icons (IDI) was successfully held at the exclusive 800 Show in Jing’an District, Shanghai, reaffirming its role as a key platform for Italian design excellence in China.

This edition marked an important milestone with the partnership between Italian Design Icons and the Shanghai International Design Festival (SIDF), creating a dynamic bridge between Italian creativity and global innovation, while fostering cross-cultural dialogue and collaboration.

Over the course of three days, the event featured 15 engaging talks and workshops, bringing together CEOs, designers, industry experts, and students. Discussions explored the role of design and technology in driving sustainability, innovation, and future lifestyle solutions. More than 70 international guests shared their insights, enriching the dialogue and inspiring a diverse audience.
