CIIE (Italian Trade Agency Pavillon)

Eastant provided comprehensive support during the Expo Trade Show.

From managing catering services, cafeteria service, hostesses, media coordination, digital marketing, photographers and videographers to on-site supervision throughout the event. Additionally, we organized the opening ceremony in collaboration with the Italian Institutions, Ambassador, Consulate and Italian Prime Minister.

For six days, our team served as the go-to point of contact for resolving any issues and ensuring smooth operations. We were always ready to offer solutions and assistance whenever necessary. Our dedication and attention to detail contributed significantly to the event’s success.
